Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ BBA/Honors/ Masters from any reputed public university/ private university/foreign university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Advertising & Promotion, Market Research, Corporate Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for creating marketing content as well as plan & execute marketing campaigns & have to increase sale for super hostel.
∎ Develop a strategy for the brand in alignment with the corporate plans and overall marketing plans.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, create market opportunities
∎ Manage and regular follow-up with existing clients and prospects
∎ Visit different organizations/ places for developing business/creating new clients
∎ Create sales presentations for the prospective individual and corporate clients
∎ Maintain good relationship with existing clients and adopt policy to hunt new ones
∎ Use personal network and experience to win projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be target oriented and able to achieve the target of sale
∎ Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
∎ Be an excellent communicator.
∎ Be able to respond well to pressure think creatively.
∎ Must be target oriented, dynamic and confident
∎ Should have representative attitude and prompt in communication
∎ Excellent interpersonal and oral and written English communication skill.
∎ Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
