Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be punctual and demonstrate strong time management skills.
∎ Must be aware of corporate culture, maintain proper official decorum, and exhibit a professional attitude.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for sales team(s) land/ plot sales targets.
∎ He will take necessary measures (plan, design, and implement sales & marketing activities) to fulfill the sales targets set by higher management.
∎ Leading team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Generate sales leads for the team and supervise them.
∎ Build relationships with corporate clients, including real estate developers, investors, and large enterprises.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals in land sales.
∎ Negotiate and close land sales deals independently.
∎ Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for corporate clients and give presentation in public audience.
∎ He will be responsible for after sales service and customer support.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report and other sales related reports as per requirement.
∎ Recruit sales personnel.
∎ Proven track record of sales negotiation.
