• Up to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager, Sales & Marketing to join our team at Basumati Construction Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and driving business growth in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and client acquisition.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing teams to enhance productivity and performance.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
• Develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising initiatives to promote the company’s projects and services.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
• Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor project sales progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive efforts in marketing and sales.
