∎ MBA / Masters from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish strong and long term relationships with potential clients / agencies to increase the sales volume as per assigned monthly target
∎ Gaining a clear understanding of client's business and requirements
∎ Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing clients with proposals
∎ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
∎ Liaising with clients to ensure monthly payment
∎ Excellent ability in speaking and writing in English & Bangla
∎ To visit designated market segments regularly, meet prospective clients and generate new business and to achieve periodic sales target
∎ To analyze periodical sales, market share of competitors and to find out the way & means how to improve market share and retain business sustainability
∎ Must have working knowledge on MS word, excel and power point
∎ Gathers feedback from customers or prospects and share with team members

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 years working experience in organization in a reputed conglomerate & at least 3 years in the similar position
∎ Experience in planning, prospecting, research and data analysis
