∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and external marketing for the health care services.
∎ Plan and implement various sales strategies for the clinic to attract new clients and retain the existing ones.
∎ Maintain coordination with clients that will help to drive revenue growth.
∎ Monitor the competitors' activities and competitor brands movements, and prepare the plan accordingly to increase the market share.
∎ Achieving the monthly Sales Target well in time.
∎ Responsible for the periodical business plan for the area to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly revenue & targets along with directed standard.
∎ Develop pricing strategy, balancing expense objectives and patient satisfaction.
∎ Find new scope of business for the clinic center. Identify emerging markets and market changes while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Continuously visit potential community doctors, institutes, corporate offices and key opinion leaders to inform them about the facilities of the clinic.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with client to bring in the most income for the clinic.
∎ Engage new Doctors/ Practitioners to popularize healthcare brand and increase number of clients.
∎ Organize outreach programs (Campaign, Seminar, Health Awareness session) at different important and potential health care institutions through communication with those institution stakeholders.
∎ Assist to develop innovative concepts for different promotional materials like logos, leaflets, flyers, banners, show cards, brochures, layout etc. Edit videos, static graphic content mainly focused on social media marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience from Diagnostic Centre / Healthcare Centre.
