∎ BBA/MBA degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Design and implement a strategic land sell business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by communicating with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of market competition status
∎ Conduct field tours with key stakeholders
∎ Responsible for site negotiations
∎ Obtain relevant local data for planning purposes
∎ Build a robust pipeline and execute on projects aligning with the business strategy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Successful previous experience as a sales representative or eal estates sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
∎ Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise and market knowledge
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
∎ 5+ years' experience in real estate sales and management leveraging a combination of internal and external resources.
∎ Application from eligible candidates who have minimum 5 years land (Residential & Commercial) sales experience only reputed Real Estate company
∎ 5+ years' experience negotiating leases, contracts, and similar documents
∎ Experience developing and implementing process improvements to streamline projects
∎ Must be willing and able to travel up to on project sites.
