Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic `Manager - Sales`.
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for sales and business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities, generating leads and implementing sales plans for Anh Enterprises Limited and Addverb Technologies. The incumbent shall be responsible to lead the Sales Team and help with identifying, generating and internal implementation of new business opportunities and models to enable the expansion of the business. The products shall be from the category of Warehouse Automation, Industrial Automation, Robotics & IoT.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing new business opportunities and business models.
∎ Manage partner business (intralogistics automation) of Addverb Technologies Ltd., India to achieve channel goals in defined territory of Bangladesh.
∎ Develops forecasts, budgets and operating plans to assist principal in streamlining business strategy for Bangladesh.
∎ Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts and / or markets.
∎ Build a Sales pipeline.
∎ Liaison effectively with the in-house, marketing, operations and peers in other countries.
∎ Report on the sales results timely and weekly and proactive advice on the forecast of sales.
∎ To prepare a budgetary techno-commercial proposal for the solution and also support partner in the negotiations with the customer.
∎ Generate Enquiries, Customer Visits, work closely with Solution team.
∎ Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
∎ Owning the Region and account - Account Management.
∎ To keep up with the latest technology trends and keep up with competitors' products to provide feedback to add new features to the existing products.
∎ To train and develop fresh talent in the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should Understand the Warehouse Solutions.
∎ Should be aware of the latest Technologies being used in Warehouse Automation (Industry 4.0Standards).
∎ If he or she has a background of Robotics would be advantage.
∎ Preparing Techno-Commercial Proposals.
∎ Understand the working culture of a typical corporate environment.
