Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing Preferable)/ Masters from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Tele Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct sales / Marketing
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Visit targeted number of customers and maintain customer relation. .
∎ Work in a team and individually effectively in complex situations.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Strong sales closing capability.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real Estate (Land Project).
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bangla & sound computer proficiency.

Salary: Negotiable
