∎ Outstanding communication and Negotiation skills
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership ability
∎ Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
∎ At least 10 years of experience in sales management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing & implementing strategies marketing plan, sales plan & forecast
∎ Monitoring, supervising & training sales force in Gap Area
∎ Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Monitoring competitor activities and report accordingly.
∎ Ensuring product availability and visibility
∎ Regular searching and development new market & New Customer
∎ Develop and maintain good customers relationship.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer and client visit plan.
∎ Responsible for credit realization from respective clients on a timely manner.
