Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and review planning and policy for Sales and Marketing.
Ensure effective communication with dealers/distributors and Sales & Marketing team.
Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
Arranging annual/biannual/monthly dealers/distributors conference & coordination meeting.
Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing selling.
Generate new ideas and techniques for the development of Sales & Marketing.
Team building and achieving the goals as per target.
Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
