∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Tourism and hospitality Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hotels, resort
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be presentable in dress and appearance and must be well conversant.
∎ Welcome the guest with warmth.
∎ Handle guest bookings cash and credit transactions.
∎ Guide all service employees about room related service.
∎ While check in and out - take IDs, hand out room keys, check safety deposit boxes.
∎ Stay one step ahead of guests' needs - record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns.
∎ Help the guest with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary.
∎ Always know what events and activities are on the day's schedule.
∎ Support our guests with their luggage, parcels and any other items related to Bell Desk activities.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
∎ Demonstrate good mannerism towards the guest and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
∎ Must be ready to work at night, weekends and holiday shifts as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of computer operating and internet browsing.
∎ Working experience in 4/3 Star Hotels preferable
∎ Communication skills - Fluency in Bangla and English.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ Literate and tech-savvy - you will need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math and computers
Salary: Negotiable
