We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationship with overseas delegates and will work closely with sourcing & Processing department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with the company's overseas clients.
∎ Contributes to the overall client relationships strategy and business plans and further initiates, co-ordinates and implements the business plan for the assigned specific areas and monitors progress towards its achievement.
∎ Interacting with clients on a daily basis and answers questions regarding candidate interview status, update of organized documents or application inquiries
∎ Reporting to supervisor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
∎ Forecasting business monthly, quarterly, yearly.
∎ Budgeting monthly, quarterly, yearly on the basis of clients
∎ Continue follow up with operations & accounts team
∎ Develop new international Business
∎ Expand Business Horizontally & Vertically
∎ Following up with the client queries and resolve issues related to candidate mobilization, documentation, interviews, recruitment etc as well as following up the queries of local agents and also provide feedback.
∎ Clear understanding of the communication with overseas clients especially on internet/ broadband, and be able to define and implement of works.
∎ Support clients in developing and reporting on results of their email campaigns
∎ Accountability for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
∎ Managing the client's journey and also maintain and organize of client's requirements such as visa documents, entertainment, accommodation, etc.
∎ Maintaining the business relation databases.
∎ Manage, organize, and keep data base of potential clients.
∎ Identify opportunities for client growth
∎ Developing draft proposals based on meetings and discussions with management.
∎ Assists recruitment department by providing information.
∎ Required to travel outside of Bangladesh when need be.
∎ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
∎ Handle initial enquirers about the service, record all prospects who call in or e-mail or hard copy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and record keeping ability for reports and good computer and database skills
∎ Strong follow up Skill
∎ Target Oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
