Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ MBA is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To promote collection budget and plan to achieve the collection data.
∎ To visit customers and zonal offices for recovery purpose.
∎ To manage the credit management function and overseeing the credit control function of agricultural Tractor.
∎ To lead and motivate the credit control team in order to achieve collection targets.
∎ Collaboration and communicate with concerned sales person and customers for better operation of credit recovery of Tractor.
∎ To plan-out and strategize Company's Debtor management and Control system.
∎ To streamline the corporate credit policies in line with the company's strategies.
∎ To build rapport with debtors, banks, parties, institutions and relevant departments for smooth operation of the debtor management and control mechanism
∎ To closely monitor the implementation of the company's approved policy, conduct periodic review and strategize initiatives to reinvigorate the implementation process to achieve company's target.
∎ To provide due support towards Sales & Marketing team in Credit Management.
∎ To carry-out any other jobs may be assigned by the authority at times.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 08 years preferably in Tractor Industry.
∎ Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Team player and can do attitude.
∎ Strong sense of integrity and commitment of good governance.

Salary: Negotiable
