Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire RMG quality matters and quality level.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Having a good working cooperation with team, coordinate and communicate with all concern and having an open mind to discuss to the team any preventive measure for any potential problems, finding solution, effective methods to avoid the same mistakes.
∎ Follow up ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Responsible to check and analyze the QC weekly schedule to ensure.
∎ Manage quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Will be responsible for several Quality matters form fabrics to shipment of goods.
∎ Coordinate with the factories for production plan and WIP, reviewing the status to ensure that products are being shipped in time.
∎ Having knowledge to handle cut to sew upper quality and technical issue. Also, having the ability to prevent any potential quality issues.
∎ Ensuring and fixing the appropriate quality system for the development.
∎ To develop and implement the new quality method.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 7 years' Experience (as Manager) in similar role and having knowledge of Quality/Technical Systems, Regulations, Guidelines, Technical and AQL standards.
∎ Must have Knowledge on George Quality Management System.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Industrial engineering knowledge would be an advantage.
∎ Technical aptitude with strong logical, problem solving, and decision making skills required
∎ Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel, Internet & E-mailing. & use to work under ERP solution.
∎ Must have experience of working on Denim bottom, preferably with European buyers
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (finishing, cutting, printing, embroidery)
∎ Knowledge of sewing process.
∎ Quality Management.
∎ Reporting skill, computer skill.
