Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma in Textile Engineering

• Age 35 to 48 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 10 years of experience in knit garment quality control, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, sewing, finishing, and inspection processes.

• Familiarity with AQL, buyer SOPs (LIDL, LPP, HEMA, H&M, ALDI etc.) and audit protocols.      

• Strong leadership and communication skills.      

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP knowledge.       

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced production environment.       

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to train and mentor QC teams.

• Will responsible for Knit Garment Quality Control.

• Ensure the product quality by implementing corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis during production process.

• Ensure the quality and quantity of finished product during delivery.

• Conformation of design and Art work by crosscheck with ORIGINAL / REFERENCE sample before bulk production and to arrange spot checking system during production.

• Keeping records of all the quality parameters during new sample development.

• Monitoring and controlling the QAS and QAI performance through their daily QA and QC activity.

• Evaluation of daily process report with QGM.

• Reduction of rejection or/and wastage during production.

• Conduct PP Meeting, Size set follow up, line plan, inline inspection, mid inspection, FRI by maintain acceptable quality level.

• Understand product quality standard & supervise all respective workmanship solutions to the production team.

• Customer claim Analysis and take corrective & preventive action.

• Arrange QC meeting with respective supplier units on daily/weekly/monthly basis and report to QGM.

• To prepare weekly & Monthly report and submit to QGM within five working days of next month.

• Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
