GMS Textiles Ltd. is a complete GREEN Project & one of the most modern Composite Knit wear factories in Bangladesh is going to recruit “Manager - Quality Assurance (Knit Garments)” for factory unit located at Tansutrapur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the factory’s quality control and quality assurance functions.

• Develop and implement effective quality management systems (QMS) in line with buyer requirements.

• Monitor fabric inspection, in-line inspection, final inspection, and shipment quality.

• Ensure compliance with AQL standards, buyer requirements, and international quality norms.

• Provide training and guidance to quality team members and production staff.

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and compliance teams to meet quality standards.

• Analyze defects, implement root cause analysis, and initiate corrective/preventive actions.

• Ensure smooth handling of buyer audits and inspections.
