∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising Agency, Any company branding or marketing, ATL Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in strategy and marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic marketing plan.
∎ Evaluate and monitor the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives.
∎ Assess the brand and competitive environment, routinely provide performance updates to leadership and stakeholders, proactively analyze consumer trends and market gaps to identify future sources of growth of the brand, and recommend changes in direction as required.
∎ Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, events, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Work with cross-functional team to commercialize product and launches, consumer research, R&D, and materials to support the launch. Support the wider marketing team to deliver the full portfolio strategy & marketing plan, including key execution elements.
∎ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal process.
∎ Other marketing tasks and requests, as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Excellent communication (both Bangla and English) and ability to think creatively.
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
∎ Excellent networking skills and understanding of PR.
∎ Proven track record on both offline & online marketing.
∎ Budget-management skills and proficiency.
∎ Professional judgment and discretion come from years of experience in the field.
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies that are useful in marketing.
