Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing overall operations and is responsible for the effective successful process improvement.
∎ Developing operations systems by determining product handling, inventory management and equipment utilization.
∎ Facilitating Lean & Process improvement training across the company to embed a Lean philosophy.
∎ Analyzing problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company growth.
∎ Accomplishing job target and mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Analyzing process workflow, employee space requirements, equipment layout and driving changes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
