∎ Required Experience in RMG Printing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Ensure all quality control and quality assurance procedures well follow in print & embroidery operations.
∎ • Attend per-production meeting and risk analysis meeting and finalize all quality related parameters on behalf of print & embroidery.
∎ • Maintain buyer quality standard in print & embroidery production.
∎ • Review lab test report based on requirement and approve for delivery.
∎ • Maintain floor DHU percentage as per set target.
∎ • Take corrective measures by root cause analysis, against any quality related findings.
∎ • Review reject garments and analysis root cause and guide the team to minimize reject%.
∎ • Ensure floor housekeeping, PPE and other compliance issues.
∎ • Maintain the budget manpower to optimize the usage of human resources.
∎ • Make a succession plan and pick up right/potential subordinate to transpose the experience/education for future leader.
