Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS/ Master's with MPH from any reputed university/ medical college

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day implementation of all workflow of the Primary Health Care (PHC) and the medical points
∎ Ensure the implementation of PHC services in the centers and the medical points
∎ Provide direct supervision to camp based medical team
∎ Prepare the regular weekly and monthly work plan, duty and transportation rosters and ensure effective implementation
∎ Coordinate with CIC, UH&FPO, UFPO and Others Health Providers in camp area
∎ Develop staffs capacity to arrange training, refresher training and meeting as per schedule.
∎ Achieve target according to project proposal
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in emergency situations or development in NGO/ INGO
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work
