Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in textile/ Industrial engineering from any reputed university or Graduates with special technical certification on production engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement planning concepts and improve productivity with sound planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of large knit Garments Industry.
∎ Build relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Prepare production planning and review every day's standard input ratio & create sensitivity to worker about new method systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target
∎ Formulate production plan based on machine-manpower; study the m/c layout for optimum productivity with the highest level of quality.
∎ Develop strategies to Achieve Target of productivity & meet the cost efficiency.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates having Work Experience in the Planning/IE/Work Study Dept.: of any RMG sector Group of Company
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
