Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ service experience as a Deputy Manager/Deputy InCharge of the pharmacy.
Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing & Hospital Management Software.
Evaluate all medical coverage requirement requests and ensure compliance to all clinical procedure and coordinate with pharmacy and medical staff to perform regular inventions according to present drugs.
Coordinate with all medical case managers and evaluate all high-risk members to prevent all risks and participate in all associated meetings.
Attend all therapeutic and pharmacy committee meetings.
Maintain all medication protocols for all clinical pharmacists and coordinate with all clinical team members to ensure optimal services.
Staying up to date a pharmacy regulation, treatments in industry research.
Managing inventory, ordering new supplies and mentored all clinical pharmacist`s and diploma pharmacy staffs and arranging training.
Any other task assigns by the management from time to time.
Strong organisational skills and superb attention to detail
Minimum 03 years of professional experience in a pharmacy, preferably in a role showcasing leadership and administrative skills
To look after the work & supervised the work about Pharmacy independently.
