3-5 years of experience in Sales administration, Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor Field Force: Supervise and track the activities and performance of the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
TA/DA Bill Checking: Verify and process travel and daily allowance bills submitted by the sales force for accuracy and compliance.
Appointment of New Sales Force: Coordinate recruitment, Onboarding, and Placement of new sales team members.
Maintain HR Records: Ensure up-to-date and accurate records of the sales team as per company Policies, including personal details, attendance, and performance reviews.
Sales Vehicle Tracking: Monitor and manage the tracking of company-provided sales vehicles to optimize utilization and control costs.
Dealer Letter Issuing: Prepare and issue dealer appointment and communication letters required.
Yearly KPI Management: Develop, track, and report on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees in the Sales
department to ensure accountability and growth.
