Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

• A GPA of 3.60 or above or 10 years of experience in financial management.
• ACA/ACMA highly preferred.

• At least 10 years

• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and corporate finance.
• Expertise in financial management tools, ERP systems, and MS office Suite
• (Particularly Excel)
• Exceptional analytical, decision -making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive strategic decisions.

• Reporting & Compliance : Ensure accurate preparation and timely presentation of financial statements, adhering to regulatory and company policies.

• Cash Flow Management : Oversee and maintain cash flow stability and liquidity across all business entities.

• Taxation: Manage accurate tax filings and develop tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.

• Audit Management: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and maintain financial integrity.

• Cost Optimization: Identify Opportunities for cost reduction and implement Strategies to improve profitability.

• Risk Management: Assess financial risks and design appropriate mitigation plans to protect company assets.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure financial alignment and operational efficiency across entities.

• Cross -functional Coordination: Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial alignment and operational efficiency across entities.

• Investment Management: Analyze and provide recommendations on investment opportunities to optimize returns and support company growth.
