Job Context:
∎ The Operations Manager will provide operational leadership and management to strategize and operational business plans to achieve business and financial targets.
∎ Directs all operational and strategic activities for the E-Commerce network sites via strong partnerships with site leaders, internal business partners and key customer contacts. Acts as a liaison between the organization and clients, manages all complex customer relationships and responsible for analyzing and identifying. The company authority is expected to develop and execute strategies that drive growth, increase profitability and improve processes while providing leadership support to the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for business development, operation management, job analysis, manpower planning and training.
∎ Manage service level agreements with technical and logistic partners.
∎ Continuously develop, adapt and update standard operating procedures (SOP) for various areas of our E-commerce business.
∎ Oversee order processing, picking, packing, and logistics operations and teams.
∎ Ensure strategies to manage backlogs and handle fulfillment challenges for future business development.
∎ Monitor day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals.
∎ Ensure to improve online user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and develop brand loyalty.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Monitor to ensure order placement, refunds or product exchange, resolve service. problems by root cause analyzing of customer's complaints.
∎ Ensure product handover to the delivery department and track on time delivery.
∎ Handle the team with the leadership, training and developing the team member for business development and good work environment.
∎ Leads the commercial & supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Develop and manage the e-commerce team budget, Commercial Planning on new product launches.
∎ High degree of familiarity with driving conversion through Facebook, YouTube, Email, Google and Amazon advertising.
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 40 years

∎ At least 2 years of experience in managing Ecommerce lead role., Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Digital Marketing, eCommerce Operation, Ecommerce Supply Chain, SEO and Digital.
∎ Experience to Ecommerce Marketing & Management, Retail Store/Multi Vendor Market Place.
∎ Advanced ability to write and edit content.
∎ Good experience & knowledge of the e-commerce sector and e-commerce business development.
∎ Skills Required: Any reputed ecommerce company, eCommerce Operation
