Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all regulatory papers.
∎ Performing all civil works (without electrical issues) to make sure the overall smooth operation of the Organization.
∎ Supervising the security department and ensuring department.
∎ Maintenance and Repair of Lift and Water Tank.
∎ Medical wastage management.
∎ National and Organizational Event arrangement and management.
∎ Maintenance and repair of Electronic products.
∎ Ensure safety of the organization, maintain healthy work environment and co-ordination among all departments to achieve company's goal.
∎ Clear understanding on logistics and stock maintenance.
∎ Timely ensure the procurement following with project and organizational guideline and compliance.
∎ Ensure scheduled and need based reporting/asset to the organization.
∎ He will be responsible for overall supervision & monitor his subordinates.
∎ Inventory management.
∎ Cooperate with departmental heads to ensure operational excellence.
∎ Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health and safety agencies.
∎ Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
∎ Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooring.
∎ Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
∎ Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
∎ Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses.
∎ Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant.
∎ Identifying Business risks and opportunities through the analysis of information and results.
∎ Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years relevant working experience in Corporate field
∎ Candidates having working experience in Hospital Sector will get preference
∎ In-depth knowledge and work experience on operational systems
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines
