∎ MBBs with MD/FCPS/D. Card in concern specialty

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnose and treat diseases of heart and other ailments. Examines patient for symptoms indicative of heart and related problems using medical instruments, equipment and clinical knowledge.
∎ Work to achieve organizational and personal KPI set by the management.
∎ Perform cardiac intervention (PPCI, PCI, ICD, CRTD, PPPM, Device Closure etc) to achieve organization revenue goals.
∎ Perform diagnostic OPD procedures (Color Doppler Echocardiography, ETT, 24 hours Holter monitoring & ECG reporting etc.) independently.
∎ Attend Emergency night on-calls according to roster or according to need irrespective of all holidays and leaves. Ensure availability at hospital premises during on call duty
∎ Participate to clinical audits through reviewing interventional case and attend mortality & morbidity meetings to achieve clinical excellence in certain areas.
∎ Promote and prescribe in-house formulation (drugs) and consumables.
∎ Maintain office timing as scheduled by the organization.
∎ Ensure compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards. Ensure productivity measures in clinical staffs at the workplace.
∎ Assist in Cath Lab procedures or perform procedures with colleagues if required.
∎ Participate actively in hospital business promotional activities like free medical camps, facility tours, focus meetings, promotional health packages, OPD in satellite centers etc.
∎ Provide clinical and other training for continuous development of staffs.
∎ Maintain Hospital CCU Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Specialist: 0-1 year experience in cardiology department of any renowned Hospital after FCPS (Cardiology), MD (Cardiology).
∎ 4-5 years' experience in cardiology department of any renowned Hospital after D-Card.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Candidates must have flexibility to work on roster duty.
