• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. in EEE from any reputed university.

• MBA in Finance/MIS will be added advantage

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience is preferable.

• Experience in HFO based Power Plants will be preferred.

• Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.

• Should be courageous, intelligent and vigilant.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skill

• Maintaining record keeping of power plants spare parts, inventories and preparing various MIS reports and on time delivery to the department chief.

• Communicating with all power plants incharge and department managers.

• Liaison with government various organizations/departments to ensure efficient evacuation of generated power in compliance with Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) provisions.

• Preparing training calendar schedules for power plants and maintain a systematic approach that aligns employee development with operational needs, safety regulations, and business objectives.

• Ensure all necessary permits are obtained for the legal and safe operation of power plants.

• Manage the operation & maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

• Ensure consistent adherence to safety and efficiency standards in plant operations.

• Performing any other task as assigned by management.
