Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
B.Sc. in EEE from any reputed university.
MBA in Finance/MIS will be added advantage

Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience is preferable.
Experience in HFO based Power Plants will be preferred.

Should be courageous, intelligent and vigilant.
Able to work under pressure.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skill
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintaining record keeping of power plants spare parts, inventories and preparing various MIS reports and on time delivery to the department chief.
Communicating with all power plants incharge and department managers.
Liaison with government various organizations/departments to ensure efficient evacuation of generated power in compliance with Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) provisions.
Preparing training calendar schedules for power plants and maintain a systematic approach that aligns employee development with operational needs, safety regulations, and business objectives.
Ensure all necessary permits are obtained for the legal and safe operation of power plants.
Manage the operation & maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
Ensure consistent adherence to safety and efficiency standards in plant operations.
Performing any other task as assigned by management.
