∎ Graduate in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and directing services for the residents.
∎ Coordinating with all departments of the Building Management for the services as per standard/ requirement/demand.
∎ Planning for accounting for the purpose of staff development
∎ Responsible for recruitment of building management staff as per requirement
∎ Managing the security staff of the building and make sure the security staffs perform the duty with outmost professionalism and proper manner.
∎ Overseeing that the cleaning staff is carrying out their tasks of maintaining a clean environment.
∎ Ensuring that all the health and safety standards are adhered to
∎ Implementing new procedures to serve the Residents better
∎ Handling customer complaints and queries
∎ Identify, investigate, or resolve lack of services, security breaches or any kind incidents. Maintain report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
∎ Must have a friendly and helpful attitude
∎ Needs to have excellent written as well as fluent verbal communication skills in English
∎ Ability to work under pressure is must
∎ Excellent customer service skills

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
