Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering with 6-8 years' work experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing general civil maintenance work in a condominium apartment building such as painting, wallpapering, plumbing, roofing, masonry, and carpentry inside of the apartments and common areas.
∎ Scheduling repairs and making arrangements for contractors to perform the work, including selecting vendors and supervising contractors on site.
∎ Communicating with building management to coordinate maintenance activities with other building activities such as construction projects or tenant moves.
∎ Monitoring building systems, such as electrical, heating, cooling, and plumbing systems, to identify problems and ensure they are fixed in a timely manner.
∎ Inspecting civil structures, civil & plumbing equipments and facilities to identify needed repairs or replacements.
∎ Preparing maintenance jobs and communicating with contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
∎ Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure that all building systems are functioning properly at all times.
∎ Inspecting premises to identify potential hazards such as unsafe conditions or poor lighting that could pose a danger to occupants.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant with technical working experience in plumbing works will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building civil work maintenance, Civil Construction, Building/Facility Management work.
∎ The applicant should have experience AutoCAD use and make design.
∎ AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Internet Browsing & Proficiency in both Bengali and English writing, speaking & listening.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
