Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive offset printing sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
∎ Identify target markets, and key competitors to formulate effective offset printing sales and marketing plans
∎ Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing customers (Corporate & Institutional) ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
∎ Collaborate with clients to develop customized printing projects, ensuring high-quality results and on-time delivery.
∎ Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve targets.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offset printing capabilities and stay updated on industry trends and advancements
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as production, design, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by taking order and delivering products that align with their expectations.
