Job Responsibilities:
∎ Infrastructure Router, Switch and Connectivity Installation, Configuration, Administration, Maintenance and Troubleshoot.
∎ Infrastructure performance monitor, report and optimization.
∎ Upstream planning and performance optimization.
∎ IP resource management and planning.
∎ Router, Switch and Backbone capacity resource planning.
∎ Network log management.
∎ Customer solution development.
∎ Take care of priority customer.
∎ Data Center Management.
∎ RnD on new solution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Certification of CCNP Enterprise / CCNA / JNCIA / JNCIS-SP
∎ Certification of MTCRE/MTCNA preferable.
∎ Customer Focused (Internal and External), Self-motivated, driven by results
∎ Communicate/ escalate/ co-ordinate with customers & overseas partners for faster problem resolution
∎ Learn and remain current in relevant product
∎ Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
Salary: Negotiable
