Work closely with office staff and management to coordinate services and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on manpower trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to enhance service quality.
Recognize issues early, whether operational, staff-related, or client-related.
Run the office smoothly & manage the team.
Handle client questions & complaints like a pro.
Help management with reports & planning.
Use of personal mobile phones during working hours is strictly prohibited, except in emergencies with prior permission.
Working hours will follow standard office time, 9.30 AM to 7.00 PM.
