  • Professional training and education in CA/CMA/ACCA will be given preference.

  • Writing meeting notes and minutes.
  • Experience of working in ERP environment.
  • MS Office Application and basic IT.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide decision support to internal management by drawing up quality management reports and also provide ad-hoc information to assist in decision making.
  • Introduce, improve and continue monthly performance reporting.
  • Organize monthly performance and coordination meetings timely, record minutes and communicate the decisions to responsible individuals.
  • Assist the entities to frame action plans to implement the decisions of performance and coordination meetings, help to implement plans and follow-up actions.
  • Play active roles in the process of establishing performance driven culture and help CFO in the process of establishing budgets and KPIs in coordination with other department heads.
  • Surf in the center of information flows, identify areas of inefficiency, non-compliance, areas of potential cost reduction and take necessary initiatives to improve.
  • Help Managing Director in the accomplishment of day-to-day activities as may be required.
  • Supervise, evaluate and mentor the subordinates to get the best services from them.
