MBA/ M. Com Accounting. CA Part Qualification and/or CSE background will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Co-ordinate with Cross Functional Team in implementing ERP.

• Maintaining module wise Schedule/ Gantt Chart with implementer and functional team.

• Identifying & Assessing expectation of functional processes to cope with implementation.

• Testing Accuracy of invisible trail in co-ordination with cross function team.

• Calling and coordinate development meeting to review progress status of implantation phases, with cross functional team.

• Training Need Analysis (TNA) and co-ordinate training sessions for users

• Recommend Standard Report, Form, Template, Register, etc. to be developed in system.

• Setting cut off time for different type of transactions to ensure posting accordingly.

• Developing Management Information System (MIS).

• Business Trend, Data and Ratios Analysis to find gap for further development and standardization.

• Analysis of Financial Statements to track historical trend of performance and financial position to suggest corrective measures to concern department/section after consultation with Management.

• Assist in Preparation of Financial Statements, Costing, Pricing, Inventory Management Development, Process Review and Control Setting.

• Ensuring compliance with internal and external policy, laws, regulations, etc.

• Attend in cross functional meetings.

• Leading in development of Internal Policy, SOP, Report, Register, Form, Rules, Guideline, Manual, etc.

• Performing any other task, role, duty as assigned by the Management.
