Education:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Define and implement the overall electrical engineering strategy for the company, aligning with corporate goals for growth, quality, and efficiency.

• Optimize the allocation of personnel and other resources across various projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

• Prepare and manage the annual electrical department budget, controlling costs and ensuring projects remain profitable. Project execution and management

• Supervise electrical projects from the initial planning and design phases through to installation, testing, and final handover.

• Ensure all electrical systems are designed and installed in compliance with national and local electrical codes, industry standards, and company quality specifications.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• Work with clients, architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and all parties are aligned. 

• Review and approve electrical designs, specifications, and technical documentation, including schematics, load calculations, and drawings.

• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to drive innovation and improve the efficiency of electrical systems. 

• Uphold and enforce stringent electrical safety standards and procedures on all construction sites to minimize risks.
