Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the market to identify opportunities to take the brand further.
∎ Maintain and develop the brand's equity, utilizing ATL marketing initiatives.
∎ Manage marketing campaigns across TV, digital, and online platforms.
∎ Develop local and regional marketing campaigns.
∎ Research consumer markets and stay up to date with customer trends.
∎ Identify potential improvements and analyze changes in the market.
∎ Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and monitor consumer reactions.
∎ Responsible for a substantial ATL media budget with accountability for campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Build and manage strong working relationships with external agencies and partners.
∎ Own reporting of local media plans, measurement, and optimization to executive leadership on a regular basis.
∎ Introduce and drive adoption of new media platforms, technologies, and measurement solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Academic Qualification: BBA & MBA in Marketing or related field from reputed institution
∎ Job experience in relevant industry: Minimum 6 years of experience in Media Management
∎ Key Skills: Exceptionally strong in Media Management.
∎ Expert in driving media plan.
∎ Experience of using data and to measure campaign impact and identify actionable insights.
∎ Technical/Job Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
∎ Interpersonal/Managerial.
∎ Excellent in communication
∎ Strong in people management.
∎ Strong in stakeholder management.
Salary: Tk. 90000 - 120000 (Monthly)
