Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the market to identify opportunities to take the brand further
∎ Maintain and develop the brand's equity, utilizing ATL marketing initiatives
∎ Manage marketing campaigns across TV, digital, and online platforms
∎ Develop local and regional marketing campaigns
∎ Research consumer markets and stay up to date with customer trends
∎ Identify potential improvements and analyze changes in the market
∎ Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and monitor consumer reactions
∎ Responsible for a substantial ATL media budget with accountability for campaign effectiveness and efficiency
∎ Build and manage strong working relationships with external agencies and partners
∎ • Own reporting of local media plans, measurement, and optimization to executive leadership on a regular basis
∎ • Introduce and drive adoption of new media platforms, technologies, and measurement solutions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ • Academic Qualification:
∎ BBA & MBA in Marketing or related field from reputed institution
∎ • Job experience in relevant industry:
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in Media Management
∎ • Key Skills:
∎ Exceptionally strong in Media Management
∎ Expert in driving media plan
∎ Experience of using data and to measure campaign impact and identify actionable insights.
∎ • Technical/Job Knowledge:
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
∎ Interpersonal/Managerial:
∎ Excellent in communication
∎ Strong in people management
∎ Strong in stakeholder management
