Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• PGD Supply chain management will get advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.

• Hands-on experience with forecasting and budgeting.

• Excellent organization and time-management skills.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of import activities, contracts, and procurement documentation.

• Deliver finished goods according to delivery schedule; Resolve problems concerning transportation vehicle, loading, unloading labor, logistics systems, imports or exports and customer issues.

• Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy, and implement inventory control procedures to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

• Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of procurement team members and make sure to place orders and goods in-house on time from both Local and overseas.

• Good knowledge of spares and equipment such as Garments Accessories, Garments & Stationery, etc.

• Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & collaborate with procurement, logistics as well as suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods. specifications.

• To coordinate inventory control functions with Operations, Purchasing, Information Technology and Finance departments.

• Tracking the order and ensure timely delivery · Purchase raw materials and supplies according to project specifications.

• Oversee procedures for receiving and storing raw materials. 

• Maintain inventory levels to ensure projects finish on deadline.

• Search for new materials,vendors, and processes to ensure optimum quality, value and reliability. 

• Supervise and maintain the physical inventory of materials.

• Ensure materials acquisition and storage comply with company and government guidelines. Maintain inventory records.

• Mobile bill.
