• Oversee all financial activities at the office, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all import/export-related transactions.

• Handling customs documentation, VAT, and tax compliance.

• Coordinate with banks, customs, port authorities, and internal departments.

• Review and authorize vouchers, bills, and journal entries.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure internal control and audit compliance.

• Supervise and guide the accounts team in the Dhaka office.

• Report all sorts of financial transactions to the Corporate Office at Dhaka
