In view of our growing business needs, we need to hire the following position for Vivek Real Estate Ltd.`s immediately.
∎ POSITION SUMMARY: Real Estate Sales Associates must have strong communication, customer service, interpersonal and negotiation skills. They should be detail-oriented critical thinkers who can work with diverse clients and understand their needs and interests. Though they work under a sales broker and might need their expertise at times, a Real Estate Sales Associates should be able to work independently to show properties and become involved throughout sales transactions. In addition to these general skills, a Real Estate Sales Associate could be expected by potential employers to possess the following skills. This position have to work under direct supervision of Managing Director, Directors of Vivek Group.
∎ JOB LOCATION: Dhaka (Corporate Head Office)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main responsibility of real estate sales managers is to motivate their agents to close sales.
∎ Managers develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
∎ After training, managers set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve.
∎ These goals are tracked through sales meetings that are conducted by the manager. During the meeting, sales managers discuss whether or not the sales team, as a whole, is meeting goals.
∎ If the goals are not met, sales managers offer advice and motivation.
∎ Sales managers may offer incentives and reward teams that reach their goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants should have 05-10 years' experience in reputed Real Estate Company or Construction companies.
∎ Must have Real Estate experience
∎ Must have Leadership, Analytical, Negotiation and Management skill
∎ Must have positive attitude towards to Management Strategy.

Salary:
∎ Salary will be determined based upon the expertise & experiences of the candidate with attractive benefits package will be provided as per company rules.
