Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
∎ Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
∎ Planning to generate new business leads.
∎ Conduct demand generation activities, sales planning and strategies to achieve set targets. .
∎ Developing strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results.
∎ Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences.
∎ Increasing brand awareness and market share.
∎ Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
∎ Provide pro-active support to peers and management in building strong customer relationships. .
∎ Managing the marketing department's staff.
∎ Sales activities includes client hunting, customer relationship management. .
∎ Manage and monitor the entire cycle from the initiation of the sales call to closing of the deal. .
∎ Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
∎ Designing and delivering scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value added content that is suited to clients' and prospects' needs as well as interests
∎ Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles- internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.
∎ Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
∎ Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 3 to 5 years The applicants should have experience in the Real-estate sector as Manager Marketing and Sales
∎ 6 to 10 year(s) in other position The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) of a real estate company Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Marketing and Sales.
∎ At least 5 years of direct sales/ marketing experience in Real-estate sector.
∎ Strong sales driven and customer knowledge on Real estate business in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
∎ Strong networking ability with high negotiation skill.
∎ Good physique with ability to work in stressful indoor and outdoor working environment.
∎ Must have a pleasant personality, out-going by nature, have the ability to convince people, and most importantly, should possess the determination to accomplish targets at any cost by going beyond the line of duties if required Computer proficiency.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable with various type of incentive package
