Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agricultural Science with MBA (Marketing) background from any reputed University. Any professional education in marketing/sales discipline from reputed institute will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Position Purpose:
∎ Achieve country sales budget and ensure receivables in line with company`s financial objective and implement short & mid-term objectives set by the management. Ensure customer`s satisfaction within the country through need oriented policies, programs & services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new customers and supporting Sales lead generation efforts.
∎ Responsible for primary & secondary sales and also maintain the sales force activities & performance in the retail market. in the field of Public Health.
∎ Compiling lists describing the organizations offerings.
∎ Oversee the marketing & sales affairs of the assigned area/products.
∎ Ensure compliance with Company policy and follow the process.
∎ Sales Planning and Strategy for the Area for achieving Annual Operation Plan.
∎ Coordinate the sales functions and personnel involved.
∎ Attend customer inquiry, quote price, follow-up orders & identify new opportunities.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve customer complaints.
∎ New Dealer opening or creation information collection.
∎ Plan, organize and establish ensure the growth of Market Share
∎ Achieve sales target & increase market share etc.
∎ Implementation of plan at market granular level to exploit existing & potential public health market (Especially mosquito coils and city corporation Public Health business) within the country.
∎ Coordination between various departments within the organization for Business Development would be an integral part of the job. Having power to motivate and uplift the spirits of the employees for sustainable growth of the company.
∎ Any other duties and projects assigned from time to time to achieve the corporate objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 12 years in sales of Public Health Products like Mosquito Coil, Aerosol, Vapour, Spray etc. with practical experience of sale & recovery concept in the field of Bangladesh Public Health Market. Proven skills to manage sales team members are pre-requisite.
∎ Age limit : Minimum 40 years
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill. Good Command over MS Office/Computer.
∎ Willing to travel across country is required. The candidate must have ability to travel all over the county.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
