∎ Major in Marketing Preferred.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic professional for the position of Manager, Marketing & Sales
∎ to handle day to day sales of services of the Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective. Implementation and evaluation of product launching and promotional activities.
∎ To collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the diet food industry and provides strategic guideline for upgrading weak market to get better performance.
∎ Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ To generate new model for promotional activities.
∎ Maintain effective communications with individual customers and responding customer's telephone, mobile and email queries.
∎ To resolve all sales related issue by coordinating with other departments.
∎ Update and report about existing as well as upcoming customers' profiles.
∎ Prepare and Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
∎ Prepare proposals, presentations and other business documents as per the request of the management.
∎ To collect and analyze market information for company's business expansion.
∎ Work as a team to establish the company brand.
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ Any other task's assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-7 years of proven work experience.
∎ Experience in the following area will be given preference:
∎ Diet Food Industry.
∎ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Refined verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent in English
∎ Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).
∎ High Energy and Flexibility are required.
Salary: Negotiable
