Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the efforts with focusing on assigned buyers.
∎ Drive product development, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
∎ Allocate capacity effectively to support production lines and meet buyer demands.
∎ Identify and develop new buyer sources to expand the company's market reach.
∎ Prepare price quotations and negotiate costs with buyers until order confirmation is achieved.
∎ Maintain all forms of communication with buyers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
∎ Follow up on all types of development samples to ensure they meet buyer specifications and timelines.
∎ Monitor booking placements to ensure the timely execution of orders.
∎ Collaborate with planning, production, and commercial teams to ensure all materials are in-house on time for shipment.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of fabrics and accessories to support production schedules.
∎ Manage proforma invoice (PI) approvals to facilitate smooth transactions.
∎ Oversees letter of credit (LC) follow-ups in coordination with the team and commercial department.
∎ Supervise the merchandising team, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and performance.
