Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes in the fabric industry. Stay updated on new materials and technologies.
∎ Collaborate with product development teams to create and improve fabric products based on market demands and trends.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote fabric products. This may include online and offline marketing efforts.
∎ Work on building and maintaining a strong brand identity for the company's fabric products.
∎ Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, trade shows, and print media.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, product knowledge, and tools to effectively sell fabric products.
∎ Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback, ensuring products align with market demand.
∎ Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
∎ Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed based on performance metrics.
∎ If applicable, oversee a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance and support.
∎ Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on fabric or textile products.
∎ Strong knowledge of the fabric and textile industry.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
