Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate marketing plan, market research for effective implantation.
∎ To recognize business opportunities by identifying prospects & nurture them to convert into new clients.
∎ Maintain congenial relationship with existing clients to source out further opportunities.
∎ Monitor the team members activities & performance , motivate & lead them to reach targets.
∎ Forecast periodical (I. E monthly , quarterly & annual) sales & collection targets.
∎ Ensure achievement of sales target & collection thought team effort.
∎ Plan & implement various sales promotion in coordination with branding & digital marketing team.
∎ Appraise periodical performance of the team members & prepare performance report to analyze for future improvements.
∎ Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
∎ Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
∎ Perform competitor analysis of market trends on regular basis and suggest for any sales strategy changes in order to cope up with market demands.
