Job Context:
∎ EduCan International Ltd. is an authorised examinations centre for Cambridge Assessment English, which is part of the University of Cambridge.
∎ Is looking for a candidate for the position of “Manager Learning and Development”. The incumbent will be responsible for the management and promotion of Cambridge Assessment English exams in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Cambridge English Exams by complying with the regulations and standards set by Cambridge English and EduCan International.
∎ Coordinate with schools and preparation centres to register candidates.
∎ Visit schools/institutions which are potential preparation centre for Cambridge English programmes.
∎ Coordinate with speaking examiners and invigilators.
∎ Prepare financial statement for the exams activities.
∎ Attend online and face-to-face training.
∎ Organise business development and promotional events.
∎ Organise training programmes for stakeholders.
∎ Be prepared to travel locally and internationally.
∎ Support other business activities of the organisation as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
∎ Master/ Bachelor level of qualifications in Business or English discipline.
∎ At least 5 years of experience in corporate or academic institution.
∎ Candidates with O and A Level backgrounds will be given preference.
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in teaching or training will be considered as value addition for the position.
