Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBA or MA in English or MSc in Pharmacy, MBBS or related field from a reputed university, preferably with O Level and A Level background
∎ 3+ years of experience in sales and business development or teaching in an English medium school
∎ Understanding of business-to-business sales strategies, techniques, and metrics
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales pitch skills
∎ High-level competency in MS Office
∎ Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good comunication skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Education Marketing, Excellent communication skills in English, Teaching/ Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans and business development initiatives to meet/exceed company targets and objectives
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication, regular follow-ups, and effective business development activities
∎ Identify new sales opportunities by seeking out and engaging with potential clients, markets, and business partners
∎ Conduct client research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, insights, and opportunities
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of business development initiatives
∎ Responsible for creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients
∎ Organise training events, conferences, trade shows, and to represent the company and actively network and engage with potential clients and partners
∎ Continuously research and stay abreast of industry trends and developments that could impact business growth
