Maintain fabric quality and minimize defects.
Manage and train knitting supervisors and operators.
Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation.
Control yarn usage and reduce material wastage.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with factory standards.
Coordinate with merchandising, dyeing, and finishing departments.
